Best place to find a film poster designer?

Looking for a film Poster Designer for Investment!

Morning wonderful shooters!

I am currently looking for a fantastic poster designer that would be interested in getting involved in our feature film.
Our film is called A Quiet Storm: Logline - After the entire human race disappears the last human on earth must battle wild dogs and violent storms as she journeys to fulfil a promise she once made to her daughter.

Our films heart is about mental health and we are committed to creating a lot of noise around this film gathering the support of Charity Mind, Bournemouth University and top experts in the field of film and Mental health to make sure it's the best it can be.

As part of this we are gathering investment and need a standout poster to go along side literature to source this.

If anyone can help point me in the right direction, suggestions would be much appreciated please?

Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

I can recommend John Lynch. http://www.jl81design.com/
A talented designer who's done some great posters and will also design social media etc.

Hello Nathaniel,
I've been thinking and if you're on a budget, Joseph Hill jbhill1234@yahoo.co.uk is great. He's studying graphic design at Falmouth University still, but is brilliant and did some posters for my team for some BBC I- player shorts last year which were perfect. Best wishes,
Kerry

I came across a website, www.fivesquid.com worth checking it out - lots of people around the world offering their services in a quick turnaround for fees between £5-£50.

Many of the listings look similar to Fiverr (.com, $5 instead of £5), so if anyone wants to save on the exchange rate... ;-)

@Paddy Robinson-Griffin thanks Paddy, I've completely forgot about fiver.

I've worked with http://www.silverferoxdesign.com/ on a couple of projects. Also Scriptshadow.net has links to poster artists: http://scriptshadow.net/concept-artists/

Paul that's magic, thank you very much I will check them both out! Have a great weekend!

Hi Nathaniel, my friend used Rebecca and the posters for his films were wicked. http://www.rebeccapitt.co.uk/
Not sure of her budget.
Good luck!

Also check out the very talented designers at posterspy.com – lots of choice there. But for God's sake, don't sell your project short. If you can't see your poster in the lobby of a cinema, don't put it out there – it will make your project look less professional than having no accompanying image at all.
