Best place to find editing or possibly ad/music video directing low paid work/collaboration?

I am looking for any kind of editing work, or directing work when it comes to in particular promo or music video directing. Any advice around this would be amazing.
I am also willing to do collaborate on any project if it sounds interesting with people who have some experience.
Any idea where I could find this sort of work best?
Any sites to dig into to find music video collaborations etc? Maybe sites where a lot of bands in UK hangs out.

You won't make lots of money doing them but they will 'get you on the board.' I know several directors who got proper paid work out of doing low budget stuff on this site.
