INDEXBest sources or websites to access FREE or LOW COST archive footage for documentary

Hello lovely people of the Shooting People community!
I'm currently working on an independent feature length documentary about British brewing, pub landscape and the rise of the micropub in Great Britain.
We're now in post-production but we're definitely in need of some archive footage of pubs from the early days to more recent footage of pubs being demolished. We'd also like to see if there's any brewing process stock footage through the ages too.
The use of archive footage is something quite new to me and of course I want to make sure we're doing things properly. We're planning to release the documentary to festivals before aiming to self-distribute online (pay-per-view) or even sell to streaming platforms if applicable.
Can anyone suggest the best sources to get fair-use stock footage or footage that is low-cost and can be used commercially?
Thank you in advance!
Syd
