Blu Ray authoring and menu design?

Just wondering if there's anyone out there that might have the skills and equipment to author me a Blu Ray DVD of my 59 minute documentary film and also design me some simple DVD menu pages so that I can add a load of extra features adding to about another 45 mins worth? Will obviously pay for material costs and a token fee of £130. I can supply all the elements that you would need (Poster, Photos and font and brief) I Would need the Blu Ray DVD's (3 in total) by no later than 30th October. Please let me know as soon as possible and send me some screen shots of any previous DVD menus you may have put together. Cheers, Greg.
