Can anyone please advise how to Upload on to Reelport? Having a nightmare and many festivals only accept via this headache.

I'm trying to upload my short film to Reelport, in order to submit to various festivals. I've filled out all the information, they then ask you to pay - all done, now I can't for the life of me find how to upload the actual MP4.
Please help.
