Can anyone recommend a good tax accountancy company/accountant, particularly for setting up a limited company?

I've been talking to one company with regards to establishing a limited company but their response rate is so slow and unreliable that I'm looking to go elsewhere. I handle my own books, so just need help setting up a limited company and submitting tax returns.
Just wondering if anyone can recommend anyone, in London preferably, that they've had good experiences with (and who answer emails/phone calls!)

Hi Adrian,

I can recommend someone. He's based in Winchester (and because of that is more affordable than someone based in London), but I know he has many London-based clients. Here is his email keith@espiritus.co.uk.
