INDEXCan anyone recommend a nice audition & rehearsal space that I can use in East London area?

I want to hold a cold reading for a feature film script - a coming of age story to be shoot next year Spring/Summer 2013. I want to audition males/females aged 18+. Nationality doesn't matter but having a strong emotional diverse acting range does.

Hi Maria,
I've just launched a new film studio in Hackney this week and doubles as a great place for auditions/rehearsals. Its a very comfortable and relaxed place with great film facilities, 400 sqft prelit green screen also with a large white colourama if that's works better for you. The location is quite convenient which might prove helpful, all info on the website if you're interested: www.chromacodestudios.com
Feel free to give me a shout anytime and I'm sure we can work something out.
Good Luck,
James.

I've used The Rage Factory for auditions. It's a low key space with few facilities but affordable and flexible. Off brick lane.

Ye Old Rose & Crown pub in Hoe St, Waltamstow have a room which they rent out for £5ph. I used it for auditions and they're nice people in the pub and you can hire from 1 hour upwards. About 6 minute walk from Waltamstow Station [Victoria Line]. They open from 10am Mon - Sat and from 12am Sundays. Number is 020 8509 3880. Don't know any free spaces, sorry.
Good luck. Frank
