Can anyone recommend an affordable lawyer for a UK indie feature?

My indie feature has an acquisition offer for release in USA and UK. I need a lawyer to go over the contract with. Does anyone know a lawyer who would be a good fit for an independent film-maker having to navigate the legal minefield for the first time?
