My indie feature has an acquisition offer for release in USA and UK. I need a lawyer to go over the contract with. Does anyone know a lawyer who would be a good fit for an independent film-maker having to navigate the legal minefield for the first time?

Tony Morris at Marriott Harrison is very helpful and indie-friendly. He delivers the unit on legal stuff for Raindance's Producer's Foundation course, and wrote The Filmmaker's Legal Guide.
