Car insurance - help. Our insurers refuse to cover our camera operator & will charge silly money for a production manager. Reccomendations?

We are a small production company. The car is my personal vehicle which I occasionally need to insure for the use of our production staff. We are thinking of getting a company vehicle, but it seems unlikely we'll be able to insure the flippin thing. Any thoughts?

If you're looking at 'any driver' policies for the vehicle, it would factor in lots of risk. Instead, can your drivers add your vehicle to their own policies *for business use*? It may be cheaper?
