I'm reviewing a contract I'm about to sign with a NYC casting director. Is it standard for a casting director to ask for a set fee AND "1% of one hundred percent of 'net receipts,' if any, from the picture? "

Unless they're getting you 'names', that sounds like a big number and a PITA to administer.
