Anyone know of a place I can get royalty free/cheap licences for Chopin's 'Minute Waltz' to be used in an online video?

You could see how https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/Musopen/set-chopin-free is getting on.

Audiosparkx has it and the fee depends on use but worth asking.
