Cheap PAT Testing service in London area recommendation?

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a company, service, or individual that can do a simple PAT test on my basic shooting equipment and provide relevant documentation, stickers etc in the London area? I've recently been asked to provide this for upcoming shoot.
I'm a self shooter using fairly basic equipment - Canon FX200, Zoom H4N field recorder, battery chargers, several LED lights + cables.
I've had things tested before, but that has always been ad hoc by a venue on the day. So, is there anything I should be aware of that I might overlook, such as do individual batteries need testing?
