Collaborators for a surreal short film

I am a London-based director/writer and am looking for collaborators who would like to make a short film with me.
I have finished writing a script which is a 2-3 minutes short. It is a surreal story of an attractive female artist that uses a man as a material for her artwork.
I've got an inspiration from a photography from Guy Bourdin, a French fashion photographer, and visual influences for the film would be Stanley Kubrick and Wes Anderson.
At this stage, I am particularly looking for a co-producer, production designer and DOP.
