Completion funds from private investors

Hi all,

does anyone have experience regarding structuring completion funds and other film investments into the profit share? My new film is 3-quarters financed, shot and in post, but we are now looking at completion funds that would amount to about a quarter of the overall budget. Has anyone dealt with completion-funds only investment before? On a related sidebar, can anyone recommend a good, financially astute media lawyer?
