Contributor Release Form - German Language

I'm currently filming a series of interviews with native German speakers. I have a Contributors Release Form in English however as they don't speak English I believe I will have to get it translated.

Does anyone have experience with handling CRFs in foreign languages? or better still have a German language version?

I have found a modell release frm, which is more generic and can also be used for video. Or you have the wording changed a bit, if you wish. Have to email it to you. send me an email and I return the form. anita_makris@hotmail.com . Best regards, Anita
