Do you know any striking, creepy locations in Guildford - as central as possible?

I'm looking for an atmospheric location; derelict or abandoned could be good.

I've been to Guildford a couple of times a while back, and only town centre.
I'm looking to shoot at the end of next week (not my chosen timescale!)

Wish list would be some old asylum type thing, but central location is very important, as I have to get multiple contributors in and out quickly.

It's a fully insured and legal project, so I'd ultimately have to go through official channels for permissions - sadly, I can't abseil into boarded up old movie theatres...

I'm aware of the Undercroft, but ideally would like something more spacious, with multiple rooms/corridors, so that contributors feel they've really entered somewhere off the beaten track and are somewhat isolated...

An old factory or similar could work well.

Any suggestions or leads would be very much appreciated.
