Desperately looking for a (preferably) old-fashionned study/office in a house in the London area

For my upcoming short film I'm looking for a study/office in a residential house to shoot at on the 17th of April for a 10/hour shoot. I'd like to find an old-fashionned office with leather couches, wooden furniture, quite dark etc. Right now I'll be happy to find any kind of study in London as time is pressing.

I have a budget of 200-300 pounds for the day. If you know somebody or know of a place that could work for this, please let me know!

Hi - try Wilton's Music Hall - they have a fantastic space for hire that is an old study.

Hi there, there is a great site I use all the time:
www.photo-locations.com
They have a budget button on the site. Each location states the price, but they are always up for negotiation especially if you are using one room. They do charge an admin fee (80 I think of top of my head) so be sure to state you have 300 to include their fee.
