Hi there

I'm the writer of a short film (12 mins) that just needs to be made. It tackles dark themes - inspired by the tragedy of Sara Sharif and bystander communities. And combines magical realism through the wonder lens of a child.

It has an Andrea Arnold (Bird) feel to it but is more stylised (gothic Brothers Grimm) in tone.

If you'd like to know more please do get in contact. The script is ready to go (1 pager and pitch deck in place). I think it could do well with the BFI Network Fund.

I'm just out of the BBC VOICES - busy working on a series but feel this script should have a chance at being taken forward by a talented Director and Producer team.
