INDEXDistribution of a politically censored Nepali film in the west???

I'm Brit filmmaker based in Nepal and have just come across an extraordinary local film. It's called Badhshala and is set in a military interogation camp during the Nepalese civil war. Due to it's local controversial subject matter the Nepali military has stepped in to domestically ban it and it now it looks as if this film may never see the light of day! It needs to be seen and we need to get it out of Nepal. It's especially pertinent now with the arrest of Colonel Kumar Lama for international war crimes in the UK. What kind of channels could viable for distributing a film like this in the west??? I can get hold of english subtitled screening prints.

Try an indie distributor like dogwoof and get some DVD's struck from the print so you can send them out. Make sure you keep the prints somewhere safe in the meantime if it's as contentious as you say.
Drop me an email if you're struggling.
