Jan/Feb is death for all freelancers in all biz, UNLESS you have work that you started/agreed before Xmas.
Lead time between sales and start date...

Yup! I couldn't contact my German coproducer and then discovered they all go skiing in Jan, returning early Feb!! Better results in Berlin though and I've now got distribution for www.MargeryBooth.com as reported in Screen International:-)

Yep January is always tough! I usually book a holiday around then, might as well ;)
