INDEXDoes anybody know about the current situation of traveling outside of UK for production?

Hi,
I'm going to be part of film production outside of UK and had to travel to another country.
Do you know where I'm able to find the latest update about the duty trip permission?
Is it any specific rule for film industry people during the pandemic?
Is any difference for people who had their vaccination?
Thanks

The GOV website has a regularly updated list of RED countries.
There are NO Green or Travel Corridor countries.
Normal countries - Travel for WORK is allowed. No film industry special rules. You'll need to Q at home on your return.
RED countries - if you are coming from a RED country (inc transiting one), you CANNOT ENTER THJE UK, unless you have right of residency here. I'm pretty sure that will catch some people out. If didn't have a UK /Irish passport or permanent leave to remain, I'd def want a letter confirming that my status is RESIDENT for these purposes.
RED - you'll need a hotel Q on your return. YOU CANNOT Q at home.
There are job based exemptions, (by which I think they mean exemptions to having to Q in a hotel on return) but very limited and nothing that we can use.
I'm, monitoring this myself for a project where we might cast someone from overseas.

Production should provide you with all the information you need and relevant permits etc. If not, there is something wrong. Even a low budget production should know what is required, and be well organised regarding covid protocols

Thanks for your responses.
I'm sure they will provide all information but I was wondering to know a bit sooner for the sake of preparation.
