You should think about submitting to Lift Off Festival Network http://www.lift-off-festival.com, James & Ben the organisers are very supportive and they have just this year started to accept features. Also check out these two list,

BAFTA http://static.bafta.org/files/recognised-festival-list-08-26.pdf Which is actually for shorts, but it will give you some ideas at least.

Work out your plan and strategy well in advance, because they all have different requirements and inclusion in some is better than inclusion in others, as I'm sure you know. The British Council will help with travel cost if you get into one of the festivals on their list, which is worth knowing. Good luck

You might want to consider signing up to Film Freeway. Then you will receive regular updates about film festivals
with information on what type of festival, categories and entry fees to help you make informed decisions on which ones to enter.

Yeah www.filmfreeway.com is the most user friendly site to search and submit to film festivals. www.withoutabox.com is the other major one to look at
