Does anyone have any contacts or are able to offer a traditional style office space for a short film based in Leeds?

We are shooting a self funded, low budget short film to train new filmmakers and are looking for a more traditional office space that we may be able to film in for one afternoon / evening.

OR

If anyone knows of any new set designers that would like to gain some experience set dressing an office space?
