Does anyone know a Good graphic designer to design a film poster?

I've just finished a short film and looking for a really good designer to come up with a poster. Any recommendations? I'ts a paid job

Hi,
Do you want a poster made from an existing photograph or one created from scratch graphically with illustrations/typography etc..,? I have a couple of options.
