Does anyone know a reasonably priced London based studio or rehearsal room for occasional use?

I am looking to find a room or facility that I can run small group meetings in. It could be once week (in the evening) or otherwise on a weekend (ideally Sunday). A studio or similar would be perfect. If you've used somewhere in the past and would recommend it or you know of a great place that exists within the London area please get back to me. Many thanks.

Studio available in Limehouse London, right near DLR station and bus stops. It's private, secure and low profile:

Normally used for photo shoots, but it's an open space so if you want to use it for rehearsals only, that's fine.
