Does anyone know of a corridor & room in London that could pass for a Soviet hospital?

I am looking for a location in London that matches the description above. So far, several location agencies and council film offices have been approached but any other tips would be greatly appreciated.

The corridor and room should look cold & old fashioned but ideally the place needs to appear like a working asylum - not dilapidated. The room should have a large window.

See the link for some visual references: www.dropbox.com/s/fdrg331pzpp9uze/Location%20Refs.pdf

The location is only needed for a 1 day shoot

Many thanks

My old offices in 112 Cleveland St, W1 has some interesting corridors and a metal goods lift. Concrete, 1960s, we always joked it looked like a Russian Hospital! Owned by Westminster Council.
