Does anyone know of a factory, interesting location with pipework and machinery we can shoot in for a couple hours?

We're looking for a location which could double as the innards of a spaceship or a small location which has lots of pipework or interesting machinery. I was thinking something like a dry cleaners, the rear of the dry cleaning machines often have lots and lots of pipework.

I rent out a space in Southend, Essex to film-makers which is a disused factory. There are plenty of exposed pipes and there is a 11x9ft space if you needed to build sets.
