I'm looking for a low cost way to buy or borrow some fencing equipment for a short. Do you know of anyone or any company who could help me out?

Anglia Ruskin have a fencing club. You could maybe try contacting them through the Students Union? -http://www.angliastudent.com

A university fencing club? Presumably you'll need someone to it as well, it'd be a good source for them too!
