Hi, I have a small 2-3 person office in Yonder, Blackhorse Lane Walthamstow, and looking for one person to come in to share the space with me. I am a freelance editor and doc filmmaker, ideally it would be great to share with a producer or someone where we could collaborate occasionally. If you would like more details, please get in touch. It is a fantastic space, with lots of perks including free climbing and gym membership (it is part office and desk spaces, part indoor climbing wall) and 10% off in the onsite cafe. Desk is approx 180cm wide so a really good size. Good internet too, 11MB up and down. I am here most days if you'd like to come and take a look, rent is £300 per month with no VAT.
