Hi,

I've recently moved to Edinburgh and I'm contemplating starting a meetup group for filmmaking using mobile devices (phones, tablets). Given the high-profile case of the film Tangerine being shot on iPhone + a Moondog anamorphic adapter, plus being able to edit in-device, seems like a great time to give it a go. Before I take the plunge and pay the meetup subscription fee, just seeing if there are any edinburghers on here who would be interested / have constructive feedback about the idea? Anyone would be welcome to the group, but the main focus would be to create a supportive network for driven amateurs to give it go. Could maybe extend to DSLR filmmakers if there was interest.

Any general thoughts welcome.
