Editor looking to work on scripted films

Hello all,

I'm a documentary editor who's worked on many long and short form factual programmes for major broadcasters and have assistant edited on a couple of drama series. I'm now looking to expand my portfolio and work on more scripted films.

If anyone needs an editor for their film, please give me a shout - I have some availability coming up in January.

Hi Michelle,

Hope you are well. Indeed I need an editor for my short film Phone Play, directed by a female director Shantelle Rochester. I have been trying to find a female editor. It was shot on a black magic 6K pocket and the editor would need to have da vinci resolve or Premier with a plug in.

Let me know if you;'re interested and if so where you are based, as the files are over 200gb

Thanks for getting in touch, hope you’re keeping well too.

I’m based in London and have both Premiere and Da Vinci, though it’s been a while since I’ve edited with the latter (but def can brush up on my skills).

Your project sounds interesting, would you mind messaging me and telling me a bit more about the film? Would it be possible to send me a script?

Hi Michelle,

It's called Phone Play, about the dangers of swiping your phone more than swiping your other half....and it becomes sexualised. I can indeed send you the script. There's no dialogue. We shot it in October. What's your email address please :)
