Error with Cast search, Why do I have to fill in every field?

Is it really necessary to limit height, weight, race, eye colour etc when looking for an actor?

What if all you need to say is male 20-35, why are the options so restricting, I cant search for cast as I keep getting error messages, it seems I have to tightly define every thing about his appearance even though that is the least important thing for me for casting this role.

Hi Kristopher,

Thanks for the post! We do find that members respond more positively to detailed casting posts as it saves any unnecessary miscommunications further down the line. Also, I do think there are options to simply choose 'all ethnicities' or similar when searching which should ensure the search is as wide as possible.
