To My fellow Film Producers

I'm wanting to start up a new Business so can Produce my first Film
Im on Universal credit so it could threaten my income so I'm looking for a Film Accountant who can help me look after the film finances and avoid me losing my own income for now.
Does anyone have any good recommendations for a Reliable and reasonably priced Film Accountant?

Talk to your UC people, BUT you ARE available for work (if you need to be for UC) and any actual film income is a long way down the line. Until you have income, your film side is a hobby, and the gvt isn't interested, so long as you can comply with UC rules meantime.

You don't need an accountant until you have serious offers of production funds, and what they will then advise will depend partly on the deal you do with the investors.
