I wonder if anyone on SP knows an analog projection room or a room with an analog projector we can film in (35mm or 16mm). Ideally a projection room but the projector (and perhaps a reel of print) is only essential. Would appreciate any help or advice.

Hi Arvin, I was about to recommend (Mad Cornish Projectionist) Peter Knight's web site "We Can Still Show Film" but there may be a temporary fault with it, because the link http://www.wecanstillshowfilm.com/ won't open right now... So failing that, I have to plug my own web site, Screening Room Map. Go to the link below, open all the filters and click on "Projection", then "Film". About 30 options should appear, a mix of screening rooms and cinemas. Obviously this capability is rapidly changing, so feel free to report back if some venues no longer project (glorious) film. Im not sure but i remember a cinema bus from kings cross vintage car boot sale had a vintage mobile cinema bus which had 35mm projector i think worth looking into ?

Johnnie: Could that be The Vintage Mobile Cinema you are refering to? If so, it is now restored and here's a link: https://screeningroommap.com/london/listing/the-vintage-mobile-cinema/ But note it usually does digital projection. There is a 16mm film projection option but Ben, the owner, points out some "sound tech" is required to use that option... Tony
