Are there any UK members on here that use FILMHUB to distribute their films that could help me understand the Taxes section?

There is a bunch of technical jargon on there that is going right over my head.

From a bit of a google I think I can guess the right check boxes but it would be reassuring if someone out there who has already filled it out could help.
