Filming docu drama in Portugal? Any fixers there? Need a person on the ground...

Hi, working on a docu drama and the US production co are keen on shooting at a location in Portugal. One of the few countries I've never worked in so I have no idea of what facilities are available. I'll be after some props but also cast, possibly costume (might bring that with me) and an English speaking person on the ground plus crew. Anyone with any suggestion?

Unfortunately, haven't a clue. Got my start working in Europe on a location scouting trip there a looooong time ago. But found it to be my favourite country in the world. And just got the word that my dramedy , IN THE PARK (dir. Marianna Dean), got accepted in the Portugal International Film Festival in Porto, and I plan to be there around around the 16th. Do you have your when and where yet?
