Filming location needed for short action film

Hello, I am looking for a location for a upcoming action/martial arts short film for the new year. Possibly a empty/derelict warehouse or similar building that has a bit of character and enough space to stage the choreographed set pieces. Weekends would be the preferred timescale. The team is made up from people from Watford up to Leeds, so any options between them would be great. It is a microbudget short with little money but a small location fee could be a option. Any suggestions would be most helpful.
