Twenty something professionally minded writer director actor recently arrived in London from Melbourne seeks room to rent in Zone 2 London flat / house in which others are mature and nice. Possible collaborations, contact sharing, etc. but always respect other's space etc. and tidy and quit etc.

Pardon the above typos, I dashed it off in a hurry for my friend Alex and I can't edit it now. He really is a great guy and will make a fantastic housemate. He's also a very talented actor and his films are so, so good.
