Flat or House Location in north east London?

Hi guys. Wondering if you are able to help with suggesting a location of a house that has an ensuite bedroom, anywhere around London for whenever lockdown in lifted? Preferably north east London, near Wanstead - but will consider anywhere. Bedroom needs to look quite quirky and modern, with preferably a double bed. Property also needs a kitchen in separate room, which is why house is preferable. Can only pay £100 per day, sadly, but please let me know if you know of any good recommendations. Thanks!

A problem you may face is that £100/day is pretty close to what people are paying in rent anyway, so cash isn't an incentive to leave their house to strangers for a full day. If it's any help "normal" is about £500/day with full insurance, so below that you might want to try convincing friends and family to let you use their place whilst they go on holiday?

Hi Mark, Hope you are well? If you haven't found anywhere me and my flat-mates have a house with an ensuite bedroom in Muswell Hill. It's not my room, so I'd need to double check if it's ok. How many days are you planning to film?
