For preparing a budget, what are the up to date short film artist and supporting artist acceptable pay rates. N.B. Not a student film.

Though I am an experienced television drama director, budgeting has not been within my work requirements. With my own company, I want to make short films I have written and am now preparing a full treatment, which must include a budget of costs.
