Free, simple outdoor location for a short film shoot tomorrow between 4pm and 10pm??

We need a free location to shoot a scene for a short film at tomorrow. Doesn't need to be anything special, just a brick wall and a sidewalk / asphalt road, anywhere in London. Scheduled shoot between 4pm and 10pm.

Waterloo is quite photogenic there are several street and sections around that part of london. Hope this is useful and best of Luck with your shoot this evening!
