Hi if I get funding from the Indiegogo site how much should I ask for?...
Like how much would it cost to hire a full indie team from Director to actor?.

Shawn, Andrew's comments aside, as a VERY rough guide you should allow anything North of £5k/shooting day for a unit, hires, etc. Some costs are daily, others weekly, others one-off's, others depend on details on the day.
BTW what you'll be looking for once you've got cash is a production manager or line producer - someone who can spend the money for you and get the project made.

Unless you know exactly what you're planning to shoot (and how much it'll cost), you won't get funding on IndieGoGo.
If you want people to put their hands in their wallets (or purses) then you need to present a project that people feel confident putting money into - crowd-funding is as much about business acumen as it is creative passion.
If you haven't got a finished script yet then start there - all it'll cost you is time and commitment.
If you *have* got a finished script then break it down and start working out the costs yourself - actors and some of the crew *may* work for expenses (travel + anything they need to do their job) but you should budget for sound and a DoP (+ equipment hire if necessary).
If you have a sound plan then you've got a chance of getting funding - but competition for crowd-sourced funds is more fierce than ever now so you have to stand out from the pack - that requires planning and an exhausting amount of promotion.
