Geo blocking?

Does anyone know of a player which allows you to geo-block non-VOD/DTO?

Vimeo doesn't offer this unless it's VOD

Youtube for reasons better known to them have decreed that our channel is not eligible for Content ID.

Any suggestions?

Reelhouse, which is a VOD platform for creators, allows for Geo blocking. My one film, More Strange Than True, is provided there in regions outside of Amazon Prime zone (in other words, it's Geo blocked for US, UK, German and Japan regions) - https://www.reelhouse.org/brider/morestrangethantrue
