Goldsmiths University student looking for work placement in documentary filmmaking! Any help would be great!

I am currently studying a BA in Design at Goldsmiths University and am looking for a work placement in filmmaking, specifically in documentary! I would love to learn from anyone involved in this area, even if it's just to shadow someone for a few weeks! I'm highly motivated and keen to gain experience! Any help or advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

You're at Goldsmiths - maybe the college has a filmmaking group you could join? There might be groups in Goldsmiths actually making docs.
