Has anyone attended these training courses and have any feedback?

I'm considering a multi-week few film related training courses and would appreciate any feedback from shooters who might have been on these two courses in prior years:

1. Metfilm 4-week cinematography course (preferably the Berlin location).

2. Seattle Film School 3-week summer intensive

Or does anyone especially recommend a c. 4 week course in any of these topics: script-to-screen, cinematography or something else practical and film-related that was really fun and worthwhile to do? Not interested in BAs/MAs - just short courses.

BTW - I recently did 2 Raindance 2-day courses on directing (Patrick Turner - directing 1 and 2) and found both of them useful but now want to sink my teeth into something more substantial having just shot my first short as writer/producer/director (with a mostly shooters team) and realizing I have a lot to learn...
