Has anyone filmed on an overground train carriage based in London? If so, which train company was it and how much do they charge?

The easiest ppppeople to speak with is Chiltern Railways, who operate out of Marylabone Statioooon. They are not part of Newwtwork Rail. They charge for filming - as do Network Rail.

Read the terms cafefully. By filming hand held, small crew, middle of the daa etc et can all help to bring the costs down.

How modern? Heritage railways can be worth contacting. Some them now have diesels and 60'-70's rolling stock, not just steam era stuff. FYI my local steam railway agreed to give us a running steam train out of hours for coal expenses and credits.

Thanks for the response. I'm looking for a modern train (or as close to modern as I can get) Just a standard London looking carriage really. I will definitely check out Heritage Railways and do some inquiring though.
