White-Label.Film may be the way to go... If you think you could sell 100+ copies of your film on Blu-ray, and you have an HD master, White Label will design, encode, author, manufacture and (if you like) even distribute your Blu-rays. Especially useful if you have released your film digitally but would like to exploit physical rights (and make a nice Blu-ray of your film available to cast, crew and fans of the film)
