Help me find a good short film script editor?

9 years, 5 months ago - Elise Wouters

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in the middle of finishing the second draft of my short film - around 8 pages of narrative drama.

So - at this stage I'm after an experienced script editor who can provide detailed feedback/notes. I feel like I could do with a fresh outsider perspective?

I know there are plenty of online services out there that offer this at a fixed rate, but I was wondering if anyone has any other pointers/previous contacts?

Thank you!

Hi Elise,
I've done a bit of this - and had it done to me! If you want to see the kind of scripts I write, hopefully you can get a flavour of them from www.paganfilms.co.uk.
Get in touch if you think I can help.
Best regards
Laurence

Just worked with her and she has been selected on short projects from the BBC to Film London recently . Well worth contacting. Good Luck

Hi Elise,

I'd be happy to give you written feedback at no cost - it won't be incredibly detailed but I'll set time aside for it.

I'm a director and writer myself - I've spent many an hour reading and making extensive notes on scripts from Tv pilots to one of the producer's of the Lego Movie's first feature script.

I'm not suggesting I be your sole script editor but let me know whether you'd like some free feedback.

peace
