Hey guys, does anyone know of a quirky office location in London that we could hire on a small budget?

Looking for a quirky, hopefully colourful office location to shoot a short film in. Budget is small and wouldn't be able to afford the standard rates... we are willing to shoot out of hours though of course... On a Sunday for example. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks...
