INDEXHI. I can't highlight the "start a discussion button" to post on the bulletins?

I wanted to post a discussion on the bulletins, I can highlight the ask one, and the get cast, but the discussion option doesn't respond. Any ideas?
If I am through to the right place my discussion is this:
I thought it would be fun to start a kind of Cleudo (Clue) on my twitter account. And at shooting people. Does anyone want to play?
It goes like this:
Who killed: (Anna Kerennina)
It was: (the director)
On: (the film set)
With: a bad case of style over substance.
